LVL & I-JOISTS
 
International Paper's innovative technology coupled with quality raw material creates some of the strongest LVL and I-Joists in the country. Their manufacturing process produces a product that is clean and flawless: no burns or stains.

I-Joists and LVLs are made to the same depth consistently, which means less time is needed for repairs as you're working. Identical pieces so every piece can be used. No wasted time checking for flaws. They're easy to cut with a circular saw or speed square, and don't require any special tools.

Nordic Beam
Biewer proudly presents the Nordic beam, a high performance 30F IJC-Glulam.

The Nordic beam is ideal for modern residential and light commercial applications. It is dimensionally stable, so there's no shrinking, swelling, twisting or warping.

I-JOISTS

Nordic Joist Advantage:
A cost-effective, high-quality alternative to traditional sawn lumber.
Greater spans - greater stiffness, I-Joists span farther than sawn lumber. Ideal for more open floor plans.
Long-span capabilities mean one-piece applications, which can save a builder up to 1/3 the framing time necessary to install a floor system.
Available in lengths up to 64', which enables possibility of multiple spans.
Easy installation-weigh less than solid sawn joists, saves installation time and cost (compared to "stick framing")
I-Joists do not require the use of bridging, saving the builder time and hassle of installation.

LAMINATED VENEER LUMBER (LVL)
