Occasionally a beam or joist may be incorrectly cut. While incidence
of this is relatively rare, any problems with an incorrectly cut
beam or joist can be easily avoided by:

Providing
an Installation Guide at the job site for the builder and
mechanical contractor. Please read the Installation Guide
carefully to avoid miscutting.

Reviewing
layout and guide before any work begins |
In
most cases, simply adding a joist next to the damaged piece, or
gluing and nailing plywood to the damaged piece can fix the problem.
We will arrange repairs with International Paper within 24 hours
of notification.
