What began as an idea in 1999 has grown into a state-of-the-art composite plant. Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, Green Tree Composites is a 148,000-square-foot plant housing all the technology necessary for the transfer, storage and processing of composite products. This includes three single-screw extrusion lines, one twin extrusion line, a chiller system developed by the Con-Air Group, and the ability to increase production five-fold by adding new equipment.

Green Tree Composites' products are made with 100% high-quality recycled plastic and wood. Our sawdust is milled to the consistency of wheat flour and then mixed with molten plastic for a completely homogenous product. This composite material can be molded for a variety of products. Currently, we produce Monarch decking and railing.

In addition to the Monarch decking and railing line, other products are being developed for future production.
